Hi, I am César Mosquera, a Venezuelan American based in Savannah, Georgia, where I came to study at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design).

With a Bachelor's in Information Technologies and over nine years of experience as an in-house and freelance creative, I combine this knowledge with my passion for all things visual and sequential art (comics and storyboards), to provide solutions from various fields of work.

After being part of many visual and graphic design projects, I have learned the principles of art direction, style guides and problem-solving skills. My role has evolved to include storyboards and animation, contributing to various processes that demand dynamic and engaging content.
